How long does it take to deliver the goods?
Most products on Aglea are handmade by independent manufacturers. Each manufacturer strives to deliver their product as quickly as possible.
Goods ordered by 23:59 are processed the next business day. Delivery time is usually 3-8 days.
Handmade products may take longer to deliver. You can see which products are handmade on the product page. Before submitting your order, the delivery time depends on the manufacturer and in some cases on how long it takes them to produce your specific product.
We recommend checking the product page for estimated shipping times.
Made-to-order items - some products are made especially for you and may take a little longer to arrive. Estimated shipping times are listed on the product page.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to the following countries: Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Austria and Germany. We are working on making it possible to order our goods to other countries as well.
How much does transportation cost?
For orders over 60,- Eur, shipping is free.
The shipping amount is as follows:
Czech Republic - 4,99 €
Hungary - 4,99 €
Germany - 12,99 €
Poland - 4,99 €
Austria - 7,99 €
Slovakia - 2,99 €
If you order multiple items from multiple manufacturers, delivery is charged only once - at the highest price of the items in your cart. So three items, one fee. Reasonable.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking to be activated, depending on the courier.
What should I do if my package hasn't arrived?
First, check the estimated delivery date in the order confirmation. If this date has passed, write us an e-mail at info@aglea.sk and we will search for the manufacturer and the courier for you. We can only carry out the investigation after the last estimated working day has passed - couriers are sometimes a day or two late.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
In our e-shop you can pay by card, or via Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Is card payment safe?
Yes. Payment by card on Aglea is safe and secured by modern encryption technologies. All payment data is processed through a trusted payment gateway that meets strict international security standards.
When making a payment, transactions can be additionally verified by your bank's service (for example, via 3D Secure), which ensures even greater protection against misuse of your payment card.
Returns and complaints
Can I return the goods?
If you wish to return the purchased goods, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the shipment, even without giving a reason. The goods must be unworn, undamaged, with original labels. Custom-made goods cannot be returned or exchanged. Please fill out the return/exchange form together with the purchased goods, ideally put it in the original packaging and send it to our address below. The packaging must be undamaged and unused.
After receiving the shipment from you and meeting the above conditions, we will refund the amount you paid for the original order within 3 working days to your account specified in the return form. You will pay the postage from you. In case of any ambiguities, please contact us at kontakt@aglea.sk, together we will resolve them to your satisfaction.
Who pays the costs of returning the goods?
Shipping costs to us are paid by the customer.
When will you refund my money for the returned goods?
We will send you the money for the returned goods back within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract together with the goods.
The goods must be unworn, undamaged, with original labels.

We cooperate with several European brands, so the availability of individual jewelry may vary. You can always find the current availability directly next to the specific product.
If the jewelry is temporarily out of stock, do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to check the possibility of its restocking or recommend a similar model.

How do I find the right ring size?
Choosing the right ring size is easier than you might think. If you already have a ring that fits your desired finger well, you can measure its inner diameter in millimeters and compare it to the size chart.
If you don't have a ring, measure the circumference of your finger using a paper tape measure or a tape measure. Gently wrap the paper around your finger, mark where the ends meet, and then measure its length with a ruler. Then compare the measured circumference with the size chart.
When measuring, we recommend that you keep a few important principles in mind:
- Measure your finger at normal room temperature. Fingers tend to be narrower in the cold, and they may swell slightly in the heat.
- Ideally, measure your size in the evening, when your finger is in its natural state.
