Shipping and postage

Where do we send?

We currently deliver to the following countries: Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Austria and Germany. We are working on making it possible to order our goods to other countries as well.

How does it work?

Each manufacturer on Aglea ships their products directly via courier.

At checkout, you will see:

- Custom shipping costs based on your delivery location and the contents of your cart.

- Estimated delivery times for each manufacturer, calculated in real time so you know what to expect.

Brands Agnes Veski Jewellery, Lentsius, Lisa Kroeber Jewellery, Maarja Palu, New Vintage by Kriss, NO MORE, Rozenthal and SCULP deliver their products via courier to the box closest to the customer's address.

Brand MeloMelo delivers its products via courier to the customer's address.

You pay what you see at checkout - no surprise fees or hidden costs.

How long does delivery take?

Most products on Aglea are handmade by independent manufacturers. Each manufacturer strives to deliver their product as quickly as possible.

Goods ordered by 23:59 are processed the next business day. The delivery time is usually 3-8 days.

Handmade products may take longer to deliver. You can see which products are handmade on the product page.

Before submitting your order, the delivery time depends on the manufacturer and in some cases on how long it takes them to produce your specific product. We recommend checking the product page for estimated shipping times.

Made-to-order items - some products are made especially for you and may take a little longer to arrive. Estimated shipping times are listed on the product page.

What is the delivery fee?

For orders over 99,- Eur, shipping is free.

The shipping amount is as follows:

Czech Republic - 4,99 €

Hungary - 4,99 €

Germany - 12,99 €

Poland - 4,99 €

Austria - 7,99 €

Slovakia - 4,99 €

If you order multiple items from multiple manufacturers, delivery is charged only once - at the highest price of the items in your cart. So three items, one fee. Reasonable.

Where is my order shipped from?

Direct from the manufacturer – from their studio, workshop or kitchen table. This is what retail shopping really looks like.

If you ordered from multiple manufacturers in the same cart, your packages will arrive separately. Each packed by a real person, which we think is much better than a warehouse.

Can I track my package?

Yes. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking to be activated, depending on the courier.

My order hasn't arrived - what should I do?

First, check the estimated delivery date in the order confirmation. If this date has passed, write us an e-mail at info@aglea.sk and we will search for the manufacturer and the courier for you. We can only carry out the investigation after the last estimated working day has passed - couriers are sometimes a day or two late.

What if I'm not home when my order arrives?

Most couriers will attempt delivery 1-2 times. If they cannot reach you, you will be informed of the next steps by email or SMS.

Can I change my delivery address?
