Returns and complaints about goods

We understand that online shopping can sometimes be uncertain and unclear for you. This is certainly not the case at www.aglea.sk. If necessary, we offer you a quick and easy way to return the purchased goods.

We strive to make your shopping as simple as possible and prefer an individual approach. Therefore, if you have any questions regarding the return or complaint of goods, we will be happy to answer you at kontakt@aglea.sk.

Return of goods

If you wish to return the purchased goods, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the shipment, even without giving a reason. The goods must be unworn, undamaged, with original labels. Custom-made goods cannot be returned or exchanged. Please fill out the return/exchange form together with the purchased goods, ideally put it in the original packaging and send it to our address below. The packaging must be undamaged and unused.

After receiving the shipment from you and fulfilling the above conditions, we will refund the amount you paid for the original order within 3 working days to your account specified in the return form. You pay the postage from you. In case of any ambiguities, please contact us at kontakt@aglea.sk, we will resolve them together to your satisfaction.

Complaints

We provide a standard warranty period of 24 months. If you have any questions regarding complaints, please contact us at staznosti@aglea.sk, we will resolve them together to your satisfaction.
